Krieghoff Shooters take 6 Top-Ten Spots in 2008 Krieghoff Masters HOA!
With good weather and top shooters from across the country in attendance, the Krieghoff Masters stepped off with the help of the 82nd Airborne Choir and US Army Golden Knights parachute team.

Sam Armstrong captured the HOA Championship, with five other Krieghoff shooters rounding out the top ten HOA positions.  James Biddle, MD placed fifth, Steve Krukoff, Mark Vaillancourt, Hayes Wauford and David Starrett finished 7th through 10th respectively.  Jessica Forbes made her K-80 debut with a Lady Runner Up finish in the HOA.

Krieghoff shooters captured top honors in the .410 Event.  Chuck Isaac captured the .410 Championship, followed by Sam Armstrong (RU), Hayes Wauford (3rd) and David Starrett in 4th place.

Doubles was also a good event for our shooters with Wauford finishing 3rd, Isaac finishing 4th and Krukoff with a 5th place finish.  Mark Vaillancourt finished a strong third in the 12 gauge event.

Steve Shackleford, winner of the 2008 Ladies Charity Skeet Classic, received the K-20 Millennium edition from Louise Terry and Barry Rich. Krieghoff representatives Hal DuPont, Steve Phillips and Pam Young were also on hand to congratulate Shackleford.

The 2009 Ladies Charity Skeet Classic Raffle kicked off during the weekend.  Raffle tickets are now available for a K-80 Gold Plantation Scroll, with proceeds benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.  Tickets are $100.00 each, and limited to 500 as in previous years.
