Shipping Options
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship our products to you, and we offer several options for shipping. All orders for in-stock merchandise that are placed prior to 5pm Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, should be shipped within one day of when your order was placed (excluding weekends).
Our shipping options are:
Standard
Orders shipped with Standard UPS Ground Service within the 48 contiguous states will arrive 1-6 business days after the order leaves our Pennsylvania warehouse.
Express
We also offer 3rd, 2nd and Next Day Air for an additional shipping charge. Shipping charges will be computed during check out.
PO, APO or FPO Boxes
Krieghoff ships orders via United Parcel Service (UPS). This service requires that you provide an actual street mailing address. PO, APO or FPO Box address can not be used for shipping through UPS. However, we will be happy to ship your order to a PO, APO or FPO Box addresses via U.S. Postal Service.

International Shipping

We will ship internationally to certain countries. To ship internationally, we use US International Priority Mail which takes approximate 6 to 10 days to arrive. Please contact us for estimated shipping costs to your country. You will be responsible for any extra customs or duty fees that may be incurred.

Return Policy
The Krieghoff satisfaction guarantee!
We want you to enjoy everything that you buy from us. However, if you�re not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price, providing that returns are made within 30 days of your purchase and that returned items are in their original condition. Abuse, alteration or extended use of an item voids this return policy. For items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will be happy to refund your original shipping cost. Buyer will pay shipping costs for items returned for other reasons. We regret that items that are made-to-order cannot be returned. Krieghoff International reserves the right to inspect returned items and render a decision on their condition and whether the return policy applies.
