The COVID-19 pandemic has reached Bucks County, PA, and although we are all healthy here at Krieghoff International, we recognize the need to take precautionary steps to prevent its further spread.  Currently we remain operational, but will adhere to all County and State mandates as they are issued.

With the health and safety of our customers and staff in mind, we will be limiting operations and closing our doors temporarily to outside visitors.

All scheduled walk-in service appointments will be rescheduled for a later date when the crisis has passed, and we will not accept new walk-in appointments until further notice.  If you require service for your Krieghoff firearm, please contact Janine Snyder at 610-847-5173 Option 2 or via email at service@krieghoff.com for instructions.    We will accept firearms shipped in for service as long as we can safely keep our gunsmiths and administrative staff in house.

With certain limitations to daily operations, please anticipate longer turnaround times for all service-related jobs.  We appreciate your understanding and will keep you posted with updates on when you can expect your Krieghoff to be returned.

The pandemic also affects our Custom Stock department. Delivery times for custom stocks will be delayed and in-person custom stock fittings postponed until further notice.

For those of you who make our Ottsville facility a destination on your way through the area, please be advised during this crisis we will not be able to open our doors to you.   As difficult a decision it is not to welcome you, we must act in the best interest of everyone concerned.

Accessories purchases can still be made through our online store, by placing an order and then calling our Accessories Department at 610-847-5173 and selecting Option 3 to provide credit card information.  Currently, our online store cannot accept credit card information and we appreciate your working with us while we resolve the issue. Again, due to the uncertainty of what the next weeks will bring, we ask that you allow additional time for order processing.

The Krieghoff company has existed for over 130 years weathering many significant world events along the way.  With the co-operation and understanding of our valued customers, we will make it through this one as well.  Please take care of yourself and your loved ones and stay healthy.
